MATTHEW SANTOS
Grammy-nominated artist Matthew Santos has established himself as one of the rare and striking voices quickly emerging from the Windy City's music scene. With a growing fan base hailing him for his ethereal voice, Santos has secured his place in current music with his distinguished style and musical gift. Santos' vocals are featured on multiple tracks on the Gold Record "The Cool" accompanying Lupe Fiasco. Their collaboration is best known on "Superstar." Santos and his band featuring Aviva Jaye (vocals, keyboard), Robert Tucker (drums), Graham Burris (bass) and Matthew Nelson (keyboard) are currently recording and developing material for their debut album to be released in spring 2009.

Fresh off his Armed Forces Entertainment tour in the UK and Middle East, Ripp will be joining Santos for the Martyrs benefit concert. With hard work and a talent that is instantly recognizable, Andrew Ripp has managed to become one of the most inspiring and exciting young musicians to watch out for. Raised in Palatine, and currently based in Los Angeles, this singer/songwriter has penned a Top 40 Billboard hit and shared the stage with celebrated artists such as Jason Mraz, Ben Harper, Jon Foreman (Switchfoot), B-Real (Cypress Hill), and Bushwalla.

Daphne Willis is the personable and impassioned front woman of the riff driven acoustic rock band, Daphne Willis & Co. Unique and fresh, and still evolving, the band's magnetic sound is driven by Daphne's rich, soothing vocals...think Norah Jones meets Jack Johnson but with a rocking band.
